Today we are meeting physiotherapist Miri. As founder of the I Got Your Back workout, she has now moved all her classes from the studios in Berlin Kreuzberg over to livestreams. Based on physiotherapy and inspired by dance and martial arts training, “I Got Your Back" is all about a healthy back. With this training she helps people to prevent and tackle back issues, especially for the ones working in a seated position. The good thing about livestreams: everybody can take part, from everywhere!
