Given the ever-changing situation surrounding COVID-19, we wanted to inform you to some potential changes that could affect certain channels in the coming days. During this uncertain crisis XOUXOU is taking measures to create a secure environment for our customers and team and we ask you to do the same. This is a time we need to act together with compassion & kindness.
As of Thursday March 16th, we have initiated a work-from-home strategy for our XOUXOU HQ, operating at reduced capacity to ensure the safety of our employees and partners. We are monitoring the situation - preparing fluid plans in response to the official recommendations set out by the German Government. Our e-commerce will be working hard as ever, to operate as normal and invite you to continue to engage with our community and team online. We want to reassure you that we have a continuity plan, which leverages our network to ensure support will continue to be provided. Our business continuity plan takes many factors into consideration including how we serve customers by delivery, product and customer segment.
If our support is affected, we may shift or reduce some services temporarily. Any of these changes will be posted on Instagram so please follow our latest news there.
